A desander serves as a critical component in mining and drilling operations. This specialized solid control equipment utilizes multiple hydrocyclones to effectively remove sand and silt particles from drilling fluids. Typically installed atop the sludge tank in the processing sequence - positioned after the shale shaker and degasser but before the desilter - desanders play a vital role in fluid purification systems. In oil and gas applications where they're commonly deployed at wellheads, these units are frequently referred to as wellhead desanders. Our wellhead desanders are available in both ASME and API compliant designs to meet various operational requirements.
操作原理
