The cyclonic desanding separator is a gas-solid separation equipment. It uses the cyclone principle to separate solids, including sediment, rock debris, metal chips, scale, and product crystals, from natural gas with condensate & water (liquids, gases, or gases-liquid mixture). Combined with SAGA’s unique patented technologies, with a series of models of liner (, the filter element), which is made of high-tech ceramic wear-resistant (or called highly anti-erosion) materials or polymer wear-resistant materials or metal materials. High-efficiency solid particle separation or classification equipment can be designed and manufactured according to different working conditions, different fields and user requirements. With the desanding cyclone unit installed, the downstream sub-sea pipeline has been protected from from erosion and solids settling down and highly reduced the frequency of pigging operations.
