Focusing on the Cutting Edge, Shaping the Future: SAGA Attends the 2025 Nantong Marine Engineering Industry Exhibition

The Nantong Marine Engineering Industry Exhibition is one of China's most important industry events in the Marine and ocean engineering sectors. Leveraging Nantong’s strengths as a national marine engineering equipment industrial base, both in geographic advantage and industrial heritage, the exhibition provides a high-level platform for domestic and international enterprises to showcase innovative technologies, exchange insights on industry trends, and expand cooperation networks.

Focusing on cutting-edge fields such as high-end shipbuilding, offshore wind power, FPSO, marine ranch, and digital shipping, the event attracts numerous leading companies, industry experts, and professional buyers each year. It has now become a key bridge driving the upgrade of China’s marine engineering industry and fostering international collaboration.

From the grand opening of the exhibition on September 16 2025 at the Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center , the SAGA team actively engaged in industry exchanges.

Not only were we privileged to reconnect and converse with many industry veteran, sharing the latest progress in project practices and technological R&D, we also had the opportunity to meet numerous new partners from both China and abroad. These included several suppliers with leading expertise in material technology, intelligent control systems, and modular integration. These newly established connections have further expanded the depth and breadth of SAGA’s supply chain, laying a solid foundation in enhancing project collaboration and innovation responsiveness for the future.

Our high-efficiency cyclone desanders, with their remarkable 98% separation efficiency, earned high acclaim from numerous international energy giants. our high-efficiency cyclone desander utilize advanced ceramic wear-resistant （or called, highly anti-erosion） materials, achieving a sand removal efficiency of up to 0.5 microns at 98% for gas treatment. This allows produced gas to be injected into the reservoirs for low permeability oilfield that utilizes miscible gas flooding and solves the problem of low permeability reservoirs development and significantly enhances oil recovery. Or, it can treat the produced water by removing particles of 2 microns above at 98% for directly re-injected into reservoirs, reducing marine environmental impact while enhancing oil-field productivity with water-flooding technology.

SAGA's desanding hydrocyclone have been deployed on wellhead and production platforms across oil and gas fields operated by CNOOC, CNPC, Petronas, as well as in Indonesia and the Gulf of Thailand. They are used to remove solids from gas, well fluids, or condensate, and are also applied in scenarios such as seawater solid removal, production recovery, water injection, and water flooding for enhanced oil recovery.

Of course, SAGA offers more than just desanders. Our products, such as membrane separation – achieving CO₂ removal in natural gas, deoiling hydrocyclone, high-quality compact flotation unit (CFU), and multi-chamber hydrocyclone, are all highly popular.
